At last, 21lbs lighter! :o)

Yipeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!

I finally feel like I’m getting somewhere!  One and a half stone………21lbs………336oz……9.5kg…….of useless blubber gone!……banished from my life………..FOREVER!!! 
 

So now for my next goal, which is another 15lb loss by Easter.  That’s 8 weeks away.  Hmmm!!  At my current rate of loss that’s going to be tight!   But hey, we can but try
