I’m quite enjoying salads………….
Not really sure the last time I went on a something + salad diet!! I normally do steamed veg or roast veg. But I’m finding salads quite interesting at the moment. Have added things like beetroot, strawberries, walnuts, coleslaw, spring onion. Will see if i can discover anything else
Here is my salad tonight: lemon sole dusted with flour = 225 calories + salad
oh, and some tartare sauce on the side
