Pre breakfast fat burn!

Well, this is one area of exercise that I was always going to struggle with!  Usually it takes me an hour to even wake up properly, let alone start moving!!  lol  So tripping over my new treadmill was going to be the only way I was going to get on it in the mornings!!

Well, yesterday I gave it a go.  I put some music on, put the laptop on the front of the treadmill (yeah, rather precariously!) and walked for 20 minutes.  I thought anything has to better than sitting on my arse.  Was ok, I got warm and patted myself on the back for even attempting it.

This morning, different story.  I woke up and jumped on the scales. Lost 1lb.  Happy smiling me!!  Then I jumped on the treadmill.  Did 30mins in the fat burning zone (between 120 and 145bpm) broke into a sweat, jogged a bit to music, sang!  (My calves were burning a lot today, but still didnt deter me!).  Now I’m sat here with my green tea, having had my breakfast and I’m smiling from ear to ear!!  What a buzz!!!  I haven’t felt this good so soon after waking up for years……….woooooohooooooooooo!!!

I highly recommend the morning burn! :o)
